100 Days of Code Day 18
I finished Land Grab in Space and immediately got another learning exercise so my count of five goes unchanged. Here I was thinking I should start the Javascript track and it won’t even let me out of learning exercises yet.
From yesterday. I found out that in LÖVE I should be able to do sprite transparency just by setting the active color to one with an alpha value. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to work in Love Potion. On a brighter front I did get all of the “palette swaps” working. So after a few minor tweaks I packaged it up. Tested it out. Uploaded it to itch.io, and put it in github. I am a bit disappointed the icon didn’t seem to work, but I think I will call that good enough for now. Should I start on a C/C++ version still? The image shows the game on the homebrew launcher (the bottom entry).
