I didn’t get much further into the game today, but I did challenge the Kimono girls and their eeveelutions. After that I got HM Surf from the guy with the surfing Rhydon. The idea of a surfing Rhydon is funny. I think there are memes about it, so he got to be today’s ink drawing. Funny thing is the overworld sprite was bright blue. So in this picture I made him blue-ish too.

Plain ink is after the break. I could still see pencil marks when I inked after watercoloring. So I went back to watercolor second.

I tried to differentiate the HM Surf guy from Mr. Pokemon. They have the same sprite after all. HM Surf guy ended up looking like a leprechaun. Oh well.
